Welcome! My name is Josh, and I am a university application specialist based in Texas and a co-founder of Qadimni, a boutique admissions consulting agency operating in East Asia and North Africa.
I graduated from Boston University in 2022 with an honors B.A. in International Relations — focusing on ethnopolitical violence, state-building, foreign intervention, and resource politics in Africa and the Middle East.
Since graduating from Boston University, I have traveled extensively across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, living in cities as diverse as Istanbul, Tunis, Cairo, Cape Town, and Da Nang. Although I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in the future, I am passionate about transforming human stories into cohesive narratives of hope, loss, achievement, and resilience — the cornerstone of a successful personal statement or statement of purpose.
